Ideally, you should place your martin house in the middle of a 40 to 60 foot square open area, within 100 feet of your home.

The Ultimate Martin House is divided into 24 compartments, to hold many martin families.

The base is made with finger joints on the corners, and the ledge on each floor serves as a perch.

Top is removable for easy clean-out.
